This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for LR_TRADES subscriptions.
You can cancel at any time from the Pricing page while signed in, or by emailing admin@lrtradesjournal.com. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew again, and you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
We want you to be happy with LR_TRADES. We may offer a refund of your most recent payment if you request it within 7 days of that charge and the plan has had minimal use, at our reasonable discretion. Renewal charges after the first period are generally non-refundable. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law.
If a plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Amounts reduced by coupons (including fully-discounted/free access) are not refundable for the discounted value. Coupons have no cash value.
Email admin@lrtradesjournal.com from your account email with your invoice number and the reason for the request. We’ll respond within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
