These Terms govern your access to and use of LR_TRADES. By using the service, you agree to them.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LR_TRADESJOURNAL (“we,” “us,” “LR_TRADES”). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The service is intended for personal journaling of your own trading activity.
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to break security, access other users’ data, disrupt the service, scrape or resell it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
LR_TRADES is a trading-journal and analytics tool. We may add, change, or remove features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Any market or economic data shown is provided “as is” from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be limited or withdrawn at any time. Only valid codes applied at checkout will be honored.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LR_TRADESJOURNAL and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal journaling.
You retain ownership of the data you enter (trades, notes, images, goals). You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data to operate the service for you. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. LR_TRADES is not financial, investment, tax, or trading advice. See our Disclaimer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LR_TRADESJOURNAL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify LR_TRADESJOURNAL against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request an export of your data beforehand.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
